Robbie McCarty, Principle Broker
As a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads and licensed real estate agent since 2005, Robbie has an extensive knowledge of the Hampton Roads real estate market. Robbie has been involved with his family-operated property development/construction company, managing their portfolio of family-owned properties.
From performing various construction trades and property management tasks he has developed a unique owner-focused understanding of property management. Since graduating from college, Robbie has consistently ranked in the top 1% of residential realtors in Hampton Roads. He has consistently demonstrated that he knows what potential occupants are looking for in a rental property.
Jerry Jones, Chief Operating Officer
Jerry is a proven financial manager and technology process development executive. He has over 30 years of experience managing start-ups as well as established organizations. Jerry is highly experienced in the application of automation and organizational process geared to increase productivity and manage expenses. As a past practicing CPA with an MBA in finance, Jerry has assisted numerous businesses develop “best-practices” process, communication and accounting infrastructure.
Jerry was involved in his family owned and operated portfolio of residential real estate rental properties from rehabbing, to renting and eventually to the selling of the properties.
Tom Butt, Chief Property Officer
Tom has spent his professional career of 30 years in commercial real estate, during which he came to completely understand that if “we are not taking care of our customers, soon, someone else will”. While at Dollar Tree Stores for 15 years Tom was responsible for identifying potential properties and negotiating terms for acquiring land or retail space. The goal was to open 24 new corporate stores annually.
Prior to Dollar Tree Stores, Tom spent 15 years with a regional commercial developer headquartered in Hampton Roads that is now publicly traded. As the company’s representative Tom was involved in project development, construction and he was ultimately responsible for leasing office, industrial and retail properties.
As a residential investment property owner Tom understands the property owner’s need for good service, communication and the details involved in keeping rental property occupied. Tom has an in-depth understanding of the Hampton Roads real estate market.
Wendell Turner, V.P. Owner Services
Wendell has been a licensed real estate appraiser in Hampton Roads since 2006 and has established the market for over 2,800 properties in our service area. Wendell’s appraisal services focus on high-end residential, multi-family real estate and raw land. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2012, Wendell has been a top performer within his regional sales office.
Wendell worked in new residential construction for several summers and has taken the knowledge gained to rehabbing properties for his own investment. He knows what it takes to manage residential real estate in Hampton Roads, especially to multi-inhabitant university students.
