Fill out Pre-Qualification Form in email sent to you. This gives priority on property viewing and ensures you meet the minimum requirements for renting a property.

Step 3:

When a property is available for viewing a consultant will reach out to you to schedule. Some properties are available for self showing

Step 4:

Visit the property

Step 5:

Fill out application from your computer or smart phone and pay the non-refundable application fee ($50.00) online.

Step 6:

Our Staff will conduct the necessary checks and notify you when your application has been processed.
